Welcome to the Settlement Website for the Supernova Stockholder Settlement

If you were a public stockholder of Supernova Partners Acquisition Company, Inc. (now known as Offerpad Solutions, Inc.) (“Supernova” or “Offerpad” or the “Company”) who held shares of Supernova Class A Common Stock as of 5:00 PM EDT on August 27, 2021 (the “Redemption Deadline”), either of record or beneficially, if you did not redeem all of your shares in connection with the business combination (“Merger”) between Supernova and Offerpad, Inc. (“Legacy Offerpad”), you may be entitled to receive payment from this class action settlement.

Please read the Notice or review the Frequently Asked Questions page of this website for more information on your rights and options. The following table provides a brief summary of the rights you have as a Class Member and the relevant deadlines, which are described in more detail later in this Notice.

Your Legal Rights and Options in This Lawsuit

Submit a Claim Form by January 4, 2027

This is the only way to be eligible to receive a payment.

Proof of Claim can be completed online, or a blank Claim Form is available for download on the Important Documents page.

Object to the settlement by November 17, 2026

Write to the Court about why you do not like the Settlement, the Plan of Allocation for distributing the proceeds of the Settlement, and/or Co-Lead Counsel’s Fee and Expense Application. If you object, you will still be in the Settlement Class.

Participate in a Hearing on December 2, 2026, at 3:15 p.m., and File a Notice of Intention to Appear by November 17, 2026

Ask to speak in Court at the Settlement Hearing about the Settlement.

Do Nothing

Get no payment. Give up rights. Still be bound by the terms of the Settlement.

These rights and options—and the deadlines to exercise them—are explained further in the Notice and on the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page of this website.

The Court must decide whether to approve the Settlement and the requested attorneys’ Fee Award and Costs. No Settlement Benefits will be provided unless the Court approves the Settlement.
